Alta Livingston

ALTA GAY LIVINGSTON, 74, of Paris, passed from this life on Monday August 2, 2010 at her residence. Starrett Funeral Home will conduct graveside rites at 10:00 a.m. Friday August 6, 2010 at Forest Hill Cemetery with Mike Folmar officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.Alta was born December 5, 1935 in Paris, the daughter of Johnnie Leroy and Lois Edith Morrison Cunningham. She was a graduate of Blossom High School in 1954, then went to work for Westinghouse. She was later employed by Campbells Soup until her retirement. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She married Clarence M. Livingston on February 25, 1956. He preceded her in death on November 30, 1983. She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include four brothers, Gary Cunningham and wife Bonnie and Rorry Cunningham and wife Charlotte, both of Paris, Daymon Cunningham and wife Maye, of Cooper and Chris Cunningham and wife Nancy, of Watertown, Connecticut; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
