Archie Lee Hicks

ARCHIE LEE HICKS, 82, of Paris, left this life on Thursday December 24, 2009 at Paris Regional Medical Center.

Graveside rites will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday December 28, 2009 at Evergreen Cemetery, with Rev. Ray Evers and Rev. Tiny Freelen officiating.

Mr. Hicks was born January 8, 1927 in Lamar County, a son of Robert LeRoy "Bob" and Alene Parker Hicks. He was a member of Pathway Church of God.

He married Claudine Flick on March 1, 1950 in Paris.

Survivors include his wife; a sister, Juanita Etheridge, of Paris; two nephews, Palmer Etheridge, of Dallas and Burl Ray O'Bannon, of Lewisville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and by a nephew, Dean O'Bannon.
