ARTHUR EDWARD PECKAT, 90, of Paris, died Friday April 9, 2010. Following cremation arrangements, a memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday April 24, 2010 at Grace Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Toby Byrd officiating.
