Billy Kellum

Billy Joe Kellum, 83, of Arthur City, Texas, passed away at his home, Wednesday, October 6, 2021, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Kellum was born April 13, 1938, in Hillsboro, Texas, to Ezra Newton Kellum and Lettie Harvel Kellum. Mr. Kellum served in the National Guard and he was a truck driver for many years.

Mr. Kellum was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Joan Brown Kellum.

Mr. Kellum is survived by a daughter, Michelle Garza of Arthur City, Texas and a son, Keith Kellum, of Valley Mills, Texas. He is also survived by three grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Cremation services are being provided by Roden-Pryor Funeral Home, 1929 Bonham Street, Paris, Texas.

Memorial Services will be held at a later date in Hillsboro, Texas.
