ISHMAL REGINALD HAYDEN, 89, of Paris, former longtime Mesquite resident, passed from this life at 7:46 p.m. Sunday April 28, 2013 at the home of his daughter Regina, in Paris. Starrett Funeral Home will conduct graveside rites with military honors at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 1, 2013 at Grove Hill Memorial Park, 3920 Samuell Blvd, Dallas, Texas, with Rev. Damian Velarde, pastor of Calvary Chapel, officiating, and burial rites by Ironworkers Local #263. The family will greet friends at the cemetery immediately following the committal rites.
