Jackie Wayne Manning

Jackie was born February 9, 1940 in Paris, a son of William Pen and Minnie Scott Manning. He was a retied welder. At the wishes of the family, Starrett Funeral Home provided cremation arrangements. No formal services will be observed.
He is survived by his daughter, Deborrah Taylor, of Paris.
