Jesse Owen Patterson Jr

Jesse Owen Patterson, Jr., age 68, of Paris went to join his Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 30, 2017. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Roden-Pryor Funeral Directors. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM at the Cross Branch Cowboy Church, 1417 FM 1500, Sumner, TX 75486. Owen was born December 11, 1948 in St. Joseph, MO to Sadie (Miller) and Jesse Owen Patterson, Sr. He loved animals and had a way of always being able to work with them. He worked for a time as a lineman and later as a corrections officer, but always considered himself a cowboy.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Billie; sons, William Derick Patterson and Jesse Owen Patterson, III; grandchildren, Kyle Derick Patterson, Kaylynn Patterson, Jesse Owen (J.O.) Patterson, IV, BillieJo Patterson, Shy Ann Patterson, Dusty Wayne Patterson, Lydia Grace Lowery, Lyndi Charlene Lowery, Levi Atwood Patterson, and Lee William Patterson; and a brother, Harold Russell Patterson and wife, Amy.
